Communities across the country are raising concerns about the use of Flock cameras. 

The Flock technology are automated license plate readers often used by law enforcement agencies, but some are concerned that collected data is being shared with federal agencies such as ICE or the Department of Homeland Security.

Dutchess County is the latest municipality to change course on its relationship with Flock Safety. On Friday, Dutchess County announced it will remove its 65 Flock cameras after significant public pushback.
