Dunmore, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 4−0 has announced the publication of the revised Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) report for the Skinners Falls Bridge project on State Route 1002, Section 651, spanning the Delaware River in Damascus Township, Wayne County.
The updated PEL report outlines potential planning and environmental considerations for the bridge project, which aims to ensure safety, functionality, and long-term sustainability for this key Delaware River crossing.
A 30-day public comment period will begin September 9, 2025, and run through October 9, 2025. Residents and stakeholders can submit feedback via email at skinnersfallsbridge@aecom.com, or by mail to:
