The Trans Support Initiative is composed of local people from all walks of life who are committed to address the need in Sullivan and Wayne Counties for gender-affirming safe spaces and support services for Trans+ community members, family, and friends.

Paul and Miro from the Trans Support Initiative appeared on Radio Chatskill to discuss the group’s mission to provide services, education, and advocacy for the local trans community.
