Spring is in the air — and so are the dandelions. At the 2nd Annual Dandelion Festival on May 4 at Momo Global Flowers Farm in Jeffersonville, NY, organizers hope to change the image of the common weed.

From cooking demos to dye workshops, the festival is all about celebrating the benefits of the season’s most cheerful flower.
