Article VII. Section 3. Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall be comprised of the Officers of the Board. The President of the Board shall also serve as the Chair of the Executive Committee. The Committee shall have only such authority as is designated to it by the Board, and that is not otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
